Romain Dunand

Romain Dunand has been passionate about software development and new technologies since an early age, and has been working with FileMaker since 2004, starting with FileMaker 5.

Over the years he has extended FileMaker with PHP, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, Vue, React) and a wide range of APIs. When FileMaker Server for Linux arrived, he designed a Docker-based architecture to automate server deployment and maintenance — work that took him into DevOps and DevSecOps, and that today powers the fmcloud.fm platform.

He has spoken at Vienna Calling, EngageU and Rendez-Vous::FM.
